Shipping

We offer fast shipping to anywhere in the United States. All items ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

Returns

You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund; however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.

Exchanges

If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

You should expect to receive notification of your refund within 7 business days of JoyCanna receiving your product back.   It will take 5 to 10 business days for the bank to process your refund and credit your card account. 
If for any reason you do not receive your refund notification after 14 days from return shipment date, please contact us at contact@joycanna.com. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately.
